A Divison 20 match took place in the Octagon to decide who would be crowed the NorthEast Regional Champion.

As the action starts, UP1 heads for Curt while UP2 heads for Jeff. Curt fires back to back FO shots nicely placed, and due to the twists of fate, UP1 crashes and rolls before getting a single shot off. UP1 winds up on his right side, a mobility kill for Curt and effectively out of the game. UP2 hits Jeff with horrific force with a T-bone on Jeff’s right side, pushing through the metal, the plastic, his Vulcan, and scratching the CA armor inside. The bumper-triggered stickyfoam gives UP2 an even more horrific crash and roll to wind up on his roof at the edge of the Octogan, giving a full kill to Jeff.

However, Jeff is much the worse for wear. Weaponless but under power against a fully intact Curt, he prepares for the worst. Curt aims for a T-bone on his left side, but wary of what he suspects is another stickyfoam package waiting for him, sideswipes him instead, using up the stickyfoam harmlessly. Jeff and Curt jostle back and forth, racing down the Octogan, when Jeff pulls a major upset and clips the back of Curt’s car, forcing him into a 77.5 mph headon into a wall!! Thanks to fine engineering, and a little luck, Curt survives this bone crushing impact with more than half his ramplate left. As a parting shot, Curt dumps his dropped weapon panic button, and the stickyfoam gives Jeff a bit of a headache as he passes. Trying in desperation to circle around and ram Curt from the weak side, Jeff turns too sharply and rolls into the wall, winding up on his left side, and eliminating himself from the match, giving Curt the victory.
